How do I register ?
Simply click on the link to register your details, or click here. Complete the required fields and we will create a personalised account for you. Once you have an account, you can go shopping for a course.
How do I purchase a course ?
Click on the link to Courses and read the details of what each course offers. If you decide to purchase a course, click ‘Buy this Course'. You will then be asked to accept the terms of a licence to use the course materials you have purchased.
How much does it cost ?
All of our courses are 3 hours long and can be delivered up to 10 delegates. The price of a course is £395 plus VAT (total £454.25).
How do I pay for the course ?
We accept payment by paypal, direct bank transfer or cheque. The course materials will be available through your on-line account once you have been accepted as a registered user and as soon as your payment has cleared.
The course licence only extends to 10 people. What do I do if we want to deliver the course to 14 people ?
Please contact us and we will offer you a revised fee. In return, we will vary the terms of your licence to allow up to 16 people to attend the course. If you are looking for more than 16 people to attend the course, we will require you to purchase two standard 10 person licences.
Is the course accredited for CPD hours ?
We can’t accredit the course ourselves because we don’t provide the trainer. If your law firm is authorised to self-accredit, you can accredit the course yourselves with the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority. However, even if you can’t self-accredit, you are entitled to complete up to 12 hours of unaccredited training per year (or 4 of our 3 hour courses), which will still count towards your 16 hours of CPD training.
So will the course count towards my annual CPD target ?
Yes, it will count towards the minimum 16 hours of CPD training you are required to complete each year. The only circumstances in which it wouldn’t are where your firm is not authorised to self-accredit, you already have 12 or more hours of unaccredited training, and you have not met the minimum requirement of 4 hours of accredited training per year. What can I do if I purchase a course but have some questions regarding how it should be delivered ?
You can email us at any time through the contact pages of this website. An experienced legal trainer will be available on-line to answer any queries you may have. Alternatively, you can give us a call and speak directly to a trainer.
